Because I am from the Caribbean and do not know much about US Government, I find it hard to follow. At the moment I am researching some information before I continue the reading of this book. The author should have made it user-friendly for foreigners who want to learn about US Government system.

Decent book

Decent book containing various descriptions of the many political systems in the United States, with examples of both US political systems, and political systems abroad, shown to compare the US politically to the world. Contains a lot of details, and is generally easy to read. Very few changes from the 7th edition, so unless you absolutely need this edition, get the 7th edition
