About the Author
Michael Baigent graduated from Christchurch University, New Zealand. Richard Leigh followed up his degree from Tufts University, Boston, with postgraduate studies at the University of Chicago and Stony Brook New York State University. They are co-authors of The Holy Blood and The Holy Grail, The Messianic Legacy and The Temple and the Lodge. Henry Lincoln has been a writer for over twenty-five years, having produced more than 100 television scripts, as well as a body of poetry. He has lectured extensively, and is best known for the presentation of his own programmes on BBC television.

amazing...the research on this book is incredible...the three authors must have worked for years to put the information together.
Their description of the Middle Ages, the Knights Templars,The Holy Grail, the early church and of course their rendition of the story of Jesus..
was daunting and believable. Read it and decide if you agree with what they have to say to the world.

One day, when my brain is fully awake, I'm going to give it another read and see if I can get any more from it. I understand the concept, but something just doesn't click. Perhaps there really isn't anything to it, but another read might help to sort things out a bit.

Brilliant Book

This brilliant book was highly controversial when it came out, and for good reason. It calls into question much of what is generally accepted in mainstream, traditional Christianity--including the notion that Jesus died on the cross and was resurrected, and that he never married.
Beautifully written and incredibly well-researched, this is a must-read for any biblical scholar who is not afraid of alternate theories RE Jesus' life. A fascinating read, and it's obvious that Dan Brown's work owes a great deal to these authors.
